Apply 1 full stroke of the pump to thin skinned areas: the face, hands, breast bone, etc.

For Menstruating Women: Twice daily, beginning on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 26th day.

Non-Menstruating Women: Twice daily for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5-day break.
