Directions
Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoons) of rinse between your teeth for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow. Most effective when used in conjunction with White & Healthy Toothpaste. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. This rinse is not intended to replace brushing or flossing.

Warnings
Do not use for children under 12 years of age. Stop Use and Ask a Dentist if: You have gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks. You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increased space between teeth, as these may be signs of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
