Suggested Use

DIRECTION OF USE

Take one or more capsules on an empty stomach (30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals) with 12 oz. of water. Start with 1-2 capsules a day and gradually increase until you have 2-4 bowel movements a day. It is best to spread the dosage out 2 times during the day - morning and evening (i.e. 1 and 1, 2 and 2, etc.). Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day when cleansing.

Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present; or if you have had recent intestinal surgery or any history of intestinal obstruction, without the supervision and direction of a licensed health care professional. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement may indicate a serious condition, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Consult with your physician if you have chronis constipation.

Notice: This product contains aloe, rhubarb, cascara sagrada, and senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because aloe, rhubarb, cascara sagrada and senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
