Suggested Use

Body: Massage into clean skin straight after a bath or shower to seal in moisture

Hair:
Pre-Shampoo Hair Oil Treatment: Pour a tiny amount into your hands and massage into dry hair, avoiding the scalp. Leave in for 20 minutes then rinse out and shampoo hair.
Daily Hair Conditioning Treatment: Rub the oil into the hands and streak it through the middle of your hair down to the ends, where you would usually apply leave-in conditioner.
Overnight Hair Treatment: After washing your hair, lightly blow dry. Take a few drops of oil and massage into your hair. Comb through and leave on overnight.
