Shake before use, then wet hair and gently massage shampoo into scalp; leave lather on scalp for several minutes, then rinse well; for best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.

After shampooing with Free and Clear Shampoo, work a small amount of conditioner into hair. Allow to remain for 1-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Avoid getting in eyes; if this occurs, flush immediately with clear water.

May be used on damp, towel dried, or dry hair. Squeeze a small amount of gel on palms or fingertips, rub hands together to make a thin layer of gel. For damp hair, starting at roots, work gel throughout hair. Blow dry hair to style. For dry hair, starting at roots, work gel throughout hair lifting to style. For best results, shampoo and condition hair with Free and Clear Shampoo and Free and Clear Conditioner before styling.
